request reaches 50 billable miles, the cost per mile
is reduced 10% for each mile over 50 miles.
When your request reaches 100 travel miles, each

Cancellation Policy |

All
transportation requests are assigned to a member of our driving
staff at least one day prior to the date of service. In order to
maintain a high level of service, there will be a cancellation
charge for any request not cancelled by 2:00 p.m. the business
day prior to the date of transport. This fee varies: please
contact our customer service team for more information. |

"No Show"
or "Cancel At The Door Fee" |

When our driver arrives at a scheduled pick-up location and the
passenger is not there or cancels the request, a "no show" or
"cancel at the door" fee will be
charged. This fee is normally higher than the "cancellation fee." Please contact

Hours Fee" |
|
ASAP Car Service is proud to be a family friendly company. In order to compensate
our team members for working outside our normal business hours, an
"after hours" fee may apply. This fee varies and may be charged for pick-ups made after
normal business hours, weekends, and major holidays. Please contact a member of our
customer service team for more information. |
