Cancellation Policy: All transportation requests are assigned to a member of our driving staff at least one day prior to the date of service. In order to maintain a high level of service, there will be a charge for cancellations if our office is not notified by 2:00 p.m. the business day prior to the date of service. "No Show" or "Cancel At The Door" Fee: When our driver arrives at a scheduled pick-up location and the passenger is not there or cancels the request, a "no show" or "cancel at the door" fee will be charged. "After Hours" Fee: ASAP Car Service is proud to be a family friendly company. In order to compensate our team member for working outside our normal business hours, an "after hours" fee may apply.
