Q: Is ASAP Car Service a "black car service" or a taxi company?
A: We are more affordable than a "black car" and better than a taxi. Unlike "black cars," we never require a gratuity. Every scheduled request is assigned a pick-up time, unlike taxi companies who send a driver whenever they have a car available. Please contact our customer service team to learn more about our service.
   
Q: Will my driver assist me to and from the vehicle?
A: ASAP Car Service is a "door-to-door" service. Our drivers will assist  passengers to and from the vehicle. This includes carrying luggage or bags.
   
Q: What type of vehicles do you have?
A: ASAP Car Service operates clean and well-maintained late-model sedans. Additional vehicle types are available and require advance notice. Additional charges may apply.
   
Q: Are all the vehicles non-smoking?
A: Yes, as a courtesy to our clients, all ASAP Car Service vehicles are non-smoking.
   
Q: Do you provide child safety seats?
A: We do not provide child seats. However, you are welcome to bring your own.
   
Q: How much advanced notice is needed to reserve my appointment?
A: We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. To ensure quality service, we limit the number of reservations we accept. We recommend requesting service at least 48 hours in advance.
   
Q: Do you drive passengers long distances?
A: We are long-distance specialists. We can accommodate requests across town or across the country. ASAP Car Service is a great option for those who are unable to fly.
   
Q: Do you provide transportation to and from the local airports?
A: At this time, ASAP Car Service only provides services to the airport.
   
Q: How do you calculate the number of miles charged?
A: We utilize google.com maps to calculate our mileage estimates unless our client chooses a different route.
   
Q: I was given an estimate on the phone. Is that the exact cost of my ride?
A: The estimate you received, plus any additional waiting time, will be very close to the total cost.
   
Q: How can I pay for my service?
A: We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash, personal or business checks, and we can often make billing arrangements. A deposit may be required at the time your request is scheduled.
   
Q: Do I have to tip my driver?
A: Unlike limos and "black cars," a gratuity is not required or automatically charged. Express your satisfaction by recommending us to a friend.
